Volunteer

Sydney Striders is completely run by volunteers. It is a great way to meet other Striders and to get a discount on your membership fees. You are only eligible for Super Series awards if you have volunteered in that year.

Major Volunteer opportunities include:

• There is an ongoing need for marshalls and officials at the 10k race
• Major events (C2S and Marathons) usually need pacers and tent hosts/organizers
• Committee positions available each year around November
• Striders contribute pacers to a lot of major runs in NSW
• Keep your eyes peeled for emails requesting volunteers or otherwise email president@sydneystriders.org.au
